Description

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Analysis, Reporting and Tracking System (CMS ARTS) is the CMS system of record for tracking Contractor Business Proposals, Cost Reports, Deliverables, and Workload Information for various departments within the agency and contains financial, budget and cost related information which includes but is not limited to dashboard reports, contract performance reports and FOIA requests. This system is used by CMS staff and various contractors, including but not limited to Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs), Program Safeguard Contractors (PSCs) and Zone Program Integrity Contractors (ZPICs).
