AMENDMENT 001 This amendment makes the following changes to the solicitation: 1. The SOW is updated with an addition as an attachment with precast concrete flush restroom specs. Vault toilets are not a part of this project. 2. The SOI is updated as an attachment to correct found descrepancies. 3. In accordance with Presidential Executive Order 14398, FAR 52.222-90 is included as an attachment and will be a part of any resulting contract. 4. Questions and Answers are posted as an attachment. 5. Site Visit attendance is posted as an attachment. THE RESPONSE DATE IS BEING EXTENDED TO 5/8/2026, at 12:00 noon MT. Solicitation number 1240LT26Q0026 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the reconstruction of portions of the Lucerne Campground. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 236220 The small business size standard is $45 Million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
