Description

AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the revise Statement of Need (SON) dated 01/13/2026 and attach the responses to contractors questions. The solicitation response due date has changed until 01/20/2026. Contractors must acknowledge this amendment by filling out SF 30 Amendment 36C78626Q50006 0001, section #8 and 15(a-c). Please see attached Contractor Questions/Government Responses and Revised SON. The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) has a requirement for Franklin Red Crushed Granite Rock and Aggregate Course Screening Grey Rock for the Fort Bliss National Cemetery. The NCA plans to award a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed-Price Contract. Requirement: Contractor shall be responsible to provide specific rocks, labor, supervision, materials, transportation, and all necessary equipment to deliver the Franklin Red Crushed Granite Rock and Aggregate Course materials to Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Submission: Contractors must follow all instructions in the solicitation and submit all required documents in order to be eligible for contract award. No questions will be accepted after January 5, 2026.
