Description
This is a Sources Sought, request for information (RFI) notice and should not be construed as a solicitation announcement. The submission of this announcement is for the purposes of compliance with FAR 5.205. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the government to procure or compete for any services or supplies. The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, BUMED Directorate is seeking information, from responsible sources, to gain knowledge of potential qualified business sources capable of providing Beckman Coulter AU5800 series clinical chemistry analyzers consumable supplies. SUPPLIES LISTED ON ATTACHMENT. The above supplies are manufactured by Beckman Coulter Consumables. The supplies shall be furnished new. Prospective contractors shall identify individual items utilizing the part numbers provided in the attachment. Substitute items are not considered acceptable for this requirement. Contractors shall provide proof that they are capable of providing every item outlined in the attachment. The PSC considered for this effort is 6640. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the FLC Norfolk BUMED Directorate. Product and company information, CAGE code, and Small Business status must be submitted by email to jorge.e.candelabocanegra.civ@us.navy.mil. Submissions shall be received by 4:00 PM, Eastern Time, 22 December 2025 and shall not exceed four pages. This RFI is only for market research purposes. This RFI does not constitute a request for proposal, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of response to this notice. All data received in response to this RFI marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from release outside the U.S. Government. Personal visits for discussing this announcement will not be scheduled.
