Description
Amendment 0003 was issued to clarify the number of sheets per bundle (10 sheets per bundle) and revise the qty of bundles requested to 200 BD. Providing a total number of 2,000 sheets. Amendment 0002 was issued to clarify that 1 bundle = 40 sheets, see attached. Due date is now 3/25/2026 at 0900 EST Amendment 0001 was issued to extend delivery date from 7 days to 30 days. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase to provide 50 bundles of polyethylene foam for DLA Distribution Albany, GA (DDAG). The Government intends to award one (1) purchase order as a result of this RFQ and will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. This acquisition is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated procurement. This acquisition is being solicited 100% Service Disabled Veteran owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 326150 and the size standard is 750 employees. The Product or Service Code (PSC) for this acquisition is 8135.
