Description

Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) intends to make a sole source award to Bree World, LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Soliciting from a Single Source, as no other services will satisfy the Agency s requirement. Market research was conducted and determined that Bree World, LLC is the only vendor capable of providing services necessary to meet this requirement. The proposed procurement is to support the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center Facility services which requires annual planned maintenance and repairs which are provided by certified Surfacide repair technicians who have propriety rights to software are parts. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Proposals or Quotations. No solicitation document exists, and no telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals or quotations received in response to this notice. This is strictly for market research purposes. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and should furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide services sought including pricing data and technical data sufficient enough to determine that a comparable sources to the government is available. The government may consider all Expressions of Interest (EOI) received prior to November 21, 2025 at 4:00 PM EST. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Response to this notice must be emailed to Karina.miranda@va.gov, using the following title in the emails subject line: 36C248-26-Q-0109 SurfCare Triple Emitter System Warranty & Maintenance and received by 4:00PM EST on November 21,2025. Submitters are responsible for ensuring their EOI reaches the designated contracting officer on-time.
