Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to NITOR Group LTD d/b/a Rosetta Health for Health Information Service Provider (HISP) services to implement the eHealth Direct Transport for the National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) . The Government desires HISP Services to allow healthcare facilities, healthcare information systems and others to send data to the NHSN application securely and reliably using standard protocols as detailed in the Nationwide Health Information Network (NwHIN) Direct Protocol already in place at CDC. The anticipated period of performance is 04/01/2026 through 03/31/2028. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 41 U.S.C. � 3304(a Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received prior to the date and time below will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any quotation/response should be emailed to Contract Specialist at zwh7@cdc.gov by 3:00PM (ET) on 01/13/2026.
