Description
1. Scope of Work The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) requires the demolition and disposal of one relocatable building (RLB), designated as Building 11857, located at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) North, WA. The work consists of the complete demolition and removal of the approximately 1,400 sq. ft. structure, its footings, foundation, and an attached covered awning. The contractor shall be responsible for the removal and legal disposal of all associated debris and restoration of the site to a natural condition, including ground leveling and seeding with a grass mix consistent with the surrounding area. 2. Award Procedures and Anticipated Award Date This acquisition is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (RFO 12.201(c)(2)). The Government intends to directly solicit at least three (3) qualified small business concerns. A Firm-Fixed-Price contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quotation, conforming to the solicitation, provides the best value to the Government. The anticipated award date is 31 July 2026. 3. Technical Data Technical data, including the full Performance Work Statement (PWS) and site maps, will be furnished as part of the solicitation package provided to solicited firms. 4. Submission of Interest and Capabilities Firms interested in being considered, please submit your interest and a brief Capabilities Statement (not to exceed 3 pages) to the Government at dwain.m.graham@usace.army.mil no later than 18 June 2026. Submission of a response to this notice does not guarantee receipt of the subsequent solicitation. The Government reserves the right to solicit a select number of respondents (minimum of three), and may not issue the Request for Quotes (RFQ) to all responding parties. Submissions should include: Company Name, UEI, and Point of Contact information. Evidence of Small Business status under NAICS 238910. A summary of experience performing building disposal and site restoration, preferably within a federal or military installation.
