Description
The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.103-1. This is a sole source requirement with RMC 3R: Acquire, for the second or subsequent time, directly from the actual manufacturer. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or rights to the data. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer the part. This code is used when the Government did not initially purchase the data and/or rights. In conjunction with the Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS), the requirement and subsequent award shall be rated �DX". NSN: 4Y 4310-LL-H88-0710 ; model 13NL45+ high pressure air compressor (HPAC). This solicitation is for the refubishment/overhaul of QTY 2 EA 13NL45+ high pressure air compressor (HPAC)
