Description
The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes itsintention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basiswith AFCEA. The requirement is for the purchase of the following:NAML 2026 Event Pre-planning labor and logistics: Includes pre-planning and logistical coordination to includeplanning meetings, site selection and contracting, budgeting, food and beverage, signage, floor planning,advertising, and related support.NAML 2026 A/V and hybrid Event capture, data analytics, on-site support (2 days), and virtual hostingNAML Marketing materials: Total includes banners, signage and printing and additional graphicsThe above items include AFCEA?s commercially available support of the 2026 Naval Applications in MachineLearning (NAML) Workshop hosted by NIWC Pacific. AFCEA is the only capable source who can provide therequired services.A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion ofthe government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall beconsidered by the agency.
