Submitted offers shall contain the name, title, email address, and telephone number of the company point of contact who can legally bind the company contractually. The offer must include specifications for the offered item, the total price for the item (including shipping), and delivery lead time. Offers must be valid for at least 30 days. The government intends to make a single award to a responsible vendor that provides an item meeting the required specifications at the lowest price.
