Description

This notice is both a pre-solicitation notice for solicitation number N6134026R1029 and, in accordance with FAR 7.107-5(c), a notice of consolidation. NAWCTSD intends to consolidate the ECIS requirement (previously solicited under N6134021R0048 and awarded under N6134022C0007) from a stand-alone service-disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) set-aside to a competitive task order under the Fielded Training Systems Support (FTSS) V Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Lot II (Restricted, Small Business). The ECIS requirement is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) task order with Cost Reimbursable CLINs for Travel. The planned period of performance is 64 months, inclusive of one and a half (1.5) months mobilization, two and half (2.5) months base year, and five (5) twelve-month option periods. This notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP). This does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. NAWCTSD anticipates the solicitation N6134026R1029 being issued July of 2026 and award by December of 2026. Any interested and eligible FTSS V Lot II MAC holders who would like to request the solicitation and associated documents will be directed to contact the Contract Specialist, Rebecca Woods at rebecca.a.woods2.civ@us.navy.mil to facilitate receipt.
