This amendment will need to be signed and returned with quote submission to be eligible for award. 36C25626Q0490 Air Emission Testing for Three Natural Gas Generators for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Alexandria VA Medical Center located in Pineville, Louisiana. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services- FAR Overhaul. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The CSS number is 36C25626Q0490. It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Contractor to furnish all skilled labor, parts, tools, equipment, materials, trained personnel, supervision, and travel/transportation providing qualified source testing individual(s) to develop specific air test protocol and conduct air emission stack testing for three (3) Natural Gas generators located at the Alexandria VA Medical Center, 2495 Shreveport Hwy, Pineville, LA 71360. The government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price resulting from this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 (effective: 10/01/2025). This solicitation is issued as a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220- Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors, with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.00.
