Description

Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one source is reasonably available, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has issued a Sole Source Justification (SSJ) for the Silver Diagnostic Service Agreement Contract, to extend the current contract for 12 months (Period of Performance ends 11 August, 2027). The Silver Diagnostic Service Agreement Contract provides support for the Artisan Link Pro Special Stain System. This extension action is necessary to provide service for the Artisan Link Pro Special Stain System through 11 August 2027. This notice is made IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and is not a request for proposals.
