Description

The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract to, Roche Diagnostics Corporation, Indianapolis, Indiana. This requirement is for brand name equipment. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested, please submit a capability statement for Government consideration. NMRC's Naval Infectious Diseases Diagnostic Laboratory is in need for a drop shipment of Roche supplies needed for COVID-19, Influenza A/B, Seasonal Influenza A subtyping, Influenza A/H5 and Influenza A/H7 extraction reagents. This requirement is for the purchase of reagents for 1,000 extraction reactions for the assays mentioned every three months for four complete shipments, for a total of 4,000 reactions. Specific items include: (1) MagNA Pure 96 Processing Cartridge (Cat. 06241603001)/QTY: 12; (2) MagNA Pure Filter Tips (1000 ul) (Cat. 06241620001)/QTY: 2; (3) MagNA Pure External Lysis Buffer (Cat. 06374913001)/QTY: 32; (4) MagNA Pure 96 DNA and Viral NA SV Kit (Cat. 06543588001)/QTY: 8; and (5) MagNA Pure 96 System Fluid (External) (Cat. 06640729001)/QTY: 12. Please note that this requirement includes numerous shipments and the proposed shipping schedule is included below. There will be 4 separate bi-monthly shipments. Proposed ship schedule: Jun-2026, Sep-2026, Dec-2026, Mar-2027. The NAICS code for this action is 325413. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Contracts Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in Systems for Award Management. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: https://www.sam.gov/.
