*12-16-2025: Amendment1: The combined Synopsys-Solicitation is being amended to provide additional details concerning location of the catered meals for the Warrior Wellness Program. Meals will be served in Building 411 at Fort Harrison or any other location (by exception) on Fort Harrison�s premises the government deems necessary. As a reminder to offerors, this requirement is for catered meals. The designated facility is strictly for distribution of food to Soldiers. The government will provide warm/cold storage, steam rack and chilled island for salad items. Cooking food and food preparation is not authorized in the designated facility. *12-15-2025: Uploaded a "Question/Answer" document to the attachments list. No other changes were made.* 1. The Montana Army Nation Guard (MTARNG) has a requirement for catered meals at Fort Harrison, Montana. The period of performance for this requirement is 16 January 2026 through 30 January 2026. Meals shall be prepared at the vendor�s location and delivered to a designated dining hall on Fort Harrison. Meals shall be prepared and delivered per the specifications in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). 2. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. 3. Solicitation number W9124V26QA001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those which will govern this acquisition. 4. Offerors are reminded that they are required to submit a 14 day sample menu for their offer to be considered.
