Description
Maintenance Cycle 23-03 updates Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) and Ambulance solicitation templates (CR0419 and CR0420), adds a resume for Mechanic with Service Truck, updates self-statusing language in D.5 (CR0416), updates language in D.21 for payment rate at time of order (CR0418), replaces Wage Determination No. 1995-0224 (Rev. 55) with WD No. 1995-0224 (Rev. 59), incorporates Special Instructions in section B.8 and certification requirements in E.3.1 for the Agricultural Worker (Migrant and Seasonal) Protection Act (MSPA) and H-2B Program, updates the address for Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), and updates all FAR Clauses through FAC 2023-01 for all solicitation templates.
