Description

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has a requirement to procure Modular Mobile Surveillance Systems (M2S2). Please find Government responses to vendor questions and the draft acquisition strategy attached. The Government intends to post the Request for Quotes (RFQ) on GSA eBuy approximately April 2026. Potential quoters must have their M2S2 System on a GSA schedule in order to submit a quote for this requirement. Intended Contract Type: Multiple-award blanket purchase agreement - Firm fixed price (FFP). Intended Period of Performance: One (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods for a total period of performance of five (5) years.
