9594CS26Q0006 Staff Safety Course Sources Sought Notice THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. A Request for Quotation is not currently available. This notice does not constitute a commitment to award any contracts now or in the future. All responsible interested parties are invited to submit a response. This Sources Sought notice is for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA). CSOSA is seeking a Contractor to provide a commercial off the shelf Staff Safety Training Program that support the agency mission and enhances the safety of its Community Supervision Officers. The services are required in support of CSOSA�s Training and Career Development program. The agency's requirement includes that a contractor develop and deliver one (1) three-day Train-the-Trainer (T4T) for 24 staff, and seven (7) back-to-back training sessions for 280 front line staff in the Base Period with 40 staff per training, in 4 teams of 10, progressing through an integrated scenario-based practical. The option year requires the same number of T4T and seven (7) trainings for front line staff. The training sessions will be held in the Washington, DC Metro area at a government furnished facility within a 50-mile radius of CSOSA Headquarters. The training will be hands on live instructor led, and classroom style training. This sources sought is seeking both large and small businesses (i.e., small business, SDB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, VOSB, or WOSB) having NAICS code 611699, Self-defense (except martial arts) and all Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction and is capable of delivering the services described in the draft statement of work attached to this Sources sought. The government is contemplating award a fixed priced open market purchase order or General Services Administration Multiple Award Schedule task order consisting of a 12-month base period and two (2) twelve (12)-month option periods. The agency does not have a firm final acquisition strategy or a firm date when a solicitation will be issued. In response to this sources sought, interested parties are asked to provide the following Name of company and business address; Company points of contact, including name, phone number, and email address; Whether company is registered in SAM (if not registered in SAM, identify plans for completing this registration); Company Unique Entity Identification (if registered in SAM.gov); Small Business Size Status (e.g., large business, small business, SDB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.) for the NAICS identified in this announcement, i.e., 611699, Self-defense (except martial arts) and all Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction; If a GSA Schedule contract holder, please provide the contract number, the GSA MAS schedule category/SIN under which the contract resides, and the expiration date of the contract; If available, please provide an example of at least one prior project that the interested party has delivered on-site safety training to that is like that in the draft SOW attached to this Source Sought. Please provide the following information: Client name (i.e., name of company or agency receiving the services); Client address & point of contact (name, email address, and phone number); Identification whether work was performed as a prime Contractor or a subcontractor. Dates work was performed (start and finish); and A narrative on the specific support performed including identification of the Contract writing and financial management system that support is provided for, for example, OFF/CLM. All submissions in response to this Source Sought announcement (inclusive of all information required by paragraph above) shall be provided no later than January 5, 2026, 3:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
