The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, has a need for a computerized, non-invasive vascular diagnostic testing equipment. Available modalities include Doppler, pneumoplethysmography (PVR), photoplethysmograph (PPG). This equipment requirement is for the Pittsburgh VA Medical Center located in Pittsburgh, PA 15215.
