UPDATE 2/13/26: Please see the attached Questions and Answers (Q&A) document. An SF-30 will follow to formally incorporate minor changes detailed in this Q&A document. The Phase I submission dealine will reamin unchanged. Signed SF-30s must be uploaded into the Phase I submission Google Form. ************************************************************************************************************************************************** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1305M326Q0019 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul. See the attached document, RFQ 1305M326Q0019 for the additional information required by FAR 12.202(b)(ii) - (viii).
