Description
The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE �bridge� contract to C2 TECHNOLOGIES, INC. for a 7-month base. This is a continuing requirement and follow-on effort for the continued Instructional Management and Learning Support at Maxwell, AFB, Air University (AU). Brief Description of Requirement: The requirement encompasses the procurement of Instructional Management and Learning Support, which includes the following key components: Management and Management Reporting, Instruction and Facilitation for Graduate and Undergraduate levels, and Program and Instructional Enhancements. Period of Performance: 19 February � 25 September 2026 Place of Performance: Maxwell AFB, Air University (AU) The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430 � Professional and Management Development Training This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. Therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, all responsible parties interested in responding to this notice are invited to submit a capability statement and provide the following information in their response: Company name, point of contact, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, type of business and size, Cage Code and UEI number. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1) Information submitted will not be returned to the respective respondents.
