SOLICITATION FOR THE ACQUISITION OF BRAND NAME SILVUS RADIOS AND EQUIPMENT IN SUPPORT OF CBP DETAILED IN THIS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE FAA. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. This is a solicitation for the acquisition of the items listed in the attached solicitation titled �6973GH-26-R-00047_CBP SILVUS RADIOS� with the pricing listed on pages 2-6 of the solicitation which must be completed and included with the signed solicitation (SIR) for the response to considered complete, in addition to ALL highlighted areas within the solicitation. Delivery Requirements: Expected delivery of all Section B items included in the Schedule is 90 calendar days After Receipt of Award. The FAA�s desire and intent are to pursue a competitive award resulting in a single purchase order, based on the lowest price, responsible offer per the Terms and Conditions of the solicitation. The items included in the solicitation are Brand Name Mandatory only and alternate or replacement parts will not be considered.
