The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Washington DC Healthcare System, DC VA Healthcare System is to rent 20 new automated medium and large sized scrub dispensers, receivers, dispensers/receivers combo units, and linen dispensing cart machines, installation, repairs, parts, preventative maintenance, installation, deinstallation, training, warranty, software, validated VA TRM software to maintain, track, the inventory of VA hospital scrub wear and linen equipment rentals for up to one year. NAICS 532490 PSC S299 See RFQ for SOW/PWS requirements, evaluation factors. Quotes that fail to furnish required representations or information or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. Missing one or more technical documents, incomplete vendor RFQ technical/past performance, implementation, pricing XLS/PDF responses will be considered non-compliant/non-conforming. Government determines acceptability.
