Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.3, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03825RL0000004 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 effective August 7, 2025 The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 488190. The small business size standard is $40.0M. The award will be in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. It is anticipated that an Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods shall be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. The total duration of this contract shall not exceed five (5) years. Offeror�s must submit prices for the following base year and four (4) option years in order to be considered for award. The Coast Guard does not own nor can it provide specifications, plans, drawings or other technical data. The USCG intends to award to Airbus DS Military Aircraft, Inc., 8100 Airbus Military Drive, Mobile AL, 36608, (CAGE Code 0DAF1), the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the aircraft. These repair and overhaul services are on components used on the HC-144 aircraft. ALL QUANTITIES ARE ESTIMATES. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
