Description
The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Hazardous Waste Removal and Tote Service for the Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, California. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: OBJECTIVE: The objective of this requirement is to obtain professional hazardous waste removal and disposal services to ensure that all hazardous materials generated at Riverside National Cemetery are properly identified, collected, transported, and disposed of in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations. SCOPE: The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to safely collect, transport, replace, and dispose of hazardous and regulated waste generated at Riverside National Cemetery. Services include recurring semi-annual tasks and specific one-time services at RNC in accordance with California Code Regulation Title 22, � 66262.16. Semi-annual (NTE 180 days) Recurring services shall include: Semi-annual pump out and disposal of 1500 gallons of wastewater from the Phase 4 Maintenance Yard Water Maze. Semi-Annual removal and replacement of three (3) 330gallon steel totes: three (3) new 330 gallon steel totes delivered; three (3) expended 330 gallon steel totes collected: - Tote 1: Filled oil waste. - Tote 2: Antifreeze/coolant. - Tote 3: Mixed oil and antifreeze. Semi-Annual removal and replacement: four (4) new 55-gallon UN Rated drums delivered without lids; four (4) expended 55-gallon UN Rated drums without lids collected: - Four (4) UN Rated drums at Phase 4 Maintenance yard: * One UN Rated drum � Aerosol cans disposal. * One UN Rated drum � Oil filters disposal. * One UN Rated drum � Oil absorbent pads disposal. * One UN Rated drum � Oil sweep debris disposal. Semi-annual disposal of fluorescent light tubes � pickup and disposal of 4ft and 8ft fluorescent light tubes. 4ft = 30 each and 8ft = 30 each. Semi-annual disposal of water-based and oil-based paints � haul away 1-gallon and 5-gallon containers. One-time service shall include: Pump out used coolant from 55 gallon UN Rated drum, including disposal of all waste in compliance with applicable regulations. Delivery of three (3) 330-gallon steel IBC pallet waste storage totes, compliant with EPA, state, and federal regulations. This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about January 6, 2026. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website(wwwSam.gov). This procurement is set aside for SDVOSB vendors. The NAICS code is 562112 with a business Size Standard $47 Million. All vendors must have an active registration in SAM.gov at the time of submission in order to be considered. Any vendor that does not have an active SAM.gov registration will be rejected as non responsive. Vendor must be SDVOSB certified by SBA.
