Description
SPECIAL NOTICE: The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard, Base Seattle intends to award one (1) sole source purchase order on a basis of other than full and open competition (under FAR authority 6.302) to Quigg Bros, Inc for repair of metal brow connecting to floating pier for USCG Station Grays Harbor, WA as per scope of work (SOW) that include the following: Repair metal brow connecting to floating pier. The contract period of performance is: 06/22/2026-08/03/2026 The contractor will provide all services per SOW. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-l(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $350,000. This sole source is pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c}(l) implemented by the FAR Subpart 6.302-1 entitled "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements". The NAICS Code for this procurement is 237990 other heavy and civil engineering construction. The PSC for this procurement is Z2FA repair or alteration of family housing facilities. The procurement type will be a firm fixed price. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES/PROPOSALS AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.
