Description
The United States Army Contracting Command - Rock Island requests a proposal for the supply of MB Smoke Pot Inner Packing to Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA), Pine Bluff, AR in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation. This Non-Commercial Solicitation, W519TC26RA013, is expected to result in a five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the offeror whose proposal is responsive and adheres to all the terms and conditions of the solicitation with the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal.
