Description
Amendment 4 adds documentation generated at Industry Day: Link to recording (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G8_p1Bl7sRA), transcript with list of participating entities and acquisition update slides at the end. This amendment is not a request for additional information. Amendment 3 adds an updated agenda. Amendment 2 adds the agenda, draft conceptual PWS with list of core uniform items, and this logistical information: All on-site participants must enter the building (address below) through the C Street lobby, located between 18th St NW and 19th St NW. Individuals over 18 years of age are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID to enter. All visitors are subject to security screenings, including bag and parcel checks. Participants whose RSVP indicated they preferred to attend virtually should receive an emailed Teams meeting invitation by mid-day Thursday. The Department of the Interior will host an Industry Day on March 27, 2026, at 11:00 am at the Main Interior Building (1849 C Street NW, Washington, DC 20240). Details are in the attached Special Notice; additional details will be provided in future amendments to this notice and posted at SAM.gov. DOI is exploring requirements that would prioritize or require uniforms and uniform components to be manufactured in the United States, consistent with federal Made in America policies and domestic sourcing priorities. Vendors capable of providing U.S.-manufactured uniforms and domestically sourced materials are encouraged to review the notice and participate. Interested parties should email the completed registration form to Sarah_Welch@nps.gov and Jaime_mijares@nps.gov no later than 11:00 AM MDT March 23, 2026.
