Description
Subject: Individual One-on-One Cost & Price Engagement Opportunities between ACC-APG and Industry The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Cost and Price Analysis Branch, Contracting Operations (ConOps) Division, will host a virtual industry engagement, entitled FY26 Cost and Price Engagement with Industry. The dates and times of these sessions are to be determined. The intent of this offering is to provide an opportunity for direct engagement with industry by holding individual sessions with our industry partners. This will allow for a more direct and confidential forum for companies to address their specific cost and price-related questions and challenges. Sessions will be conducted online via Microsoft Teams. This is a pre-registration information request to gather a list of interested parties and identify specific areas for consideration. Purpose: These one-on-one virtual sessions are designed to provide tailored, in-depth guidance from ACC-APG cost and price analysts. The goal is to enhance industry's ability to prepare adequate, competitive, and compliant proposals by offering direct access to government subject matter experts. This format allows for open dialogue on company-specific issues that might not be as adequately addressed in a larger, public forum. Session Focus & Potential Discussion Topics: Participating companies are encouraged to bring their unique questions and scenarios. Discussions can be tailored to any cost and price-related topic, including but not limited to: Proposal Adequacy & Documentation: Ensuring submissions meet government requirements, including specific documentation and rationale for that data. Cost & Price Analysis Methodologies: A deep dive into techniques for developing, justifying, and analyzing your pricing structure. Pricing for Modern Acquisition Strategies: Addressing unique challenges for Agile development, Other Transaction Authority (OTA), and other non-traditional contracts. Navigating Economic & Regulatory Factors: Strategies for incorporating costs related to inflation, supply chain volatility, and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). Current Proposal Trends & Mitigation: Discussing common government feedback, implementing data-driven pricing strategies, etc. Post-Award & Contract Administration: Understanding post-award contract administration and any associated impacts. Session Format: Each session will be a confidential, 30 minute virtual meeting scheduled via Microsoft Teams. Companies may have up to four (4) company personnel in attendance to engage directly with the ACC-APG team of cost and price analysts. How to Respond: To identify your interest, please send a request to the ACC-APG Cost/Price Industry Engagements mailbox at ACC-APG-CostPrice-Industry@army.mil. In addition, please include your company name, primary points of contact, and a brief summary of the topics you wish to discuss. A follow up email will request specific questions for discussion, which will allow the team to prepare responses that will lead each discussion, and ensure appropriate Subject Matter Experts are available. Dates and times will be coordinated after all requests have been processed. ACC-APG cannot guarantee all requests, and sessions will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We look forward to collaborating with you to strengthen the partnership between government and industry.
