This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.� � This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 / 03/13/2026.� � The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561730, with a small business size standard of $9.5.0 Million Dollars.� � The Network Contracting Office 7 is seeking to Tree Trimming & Weed Control Services for the Phoenix VA Medical Center located in Phoenix, Arizona.� � All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov. Questions must be received no later than May 13, 2026, at 12AM PST (MST). No further questions will be accepted after that date and time.� � All offers must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov. Offers must be received no later than May 19, 2026, at 12AM PST (MST). No further offers will be accepted after that date and time.� You are reminded that representatives from your company SHALL NOT contact any VA Medical Center employees to discuss this RFQ during this RFQ process. All questions and concerns regarding this RFQ shall be directed to the Contracting Officer.� � SCHEDULE:� The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation and other items and services necessary to ensure that all trees at the Phoenix VA are properly trimmed and debris is cleaned up and removed. At times a tree may become diseased or a danger to property or persons; when this is identified by Contractor, COR or Contracting Officer a determination may be made to remove that tree completely. Removal of Any Tree must first be in writing and approved by Contracting Officer with the determination prior to removal. Tree trimming debris should be recycled as yard waste wherever possible. Weed control services will include quarterly spray applications and two pre-emergent treatments annually to maintain long term effectiveness. See the Statement of Work within the RFQ for further details.
