IMPORTANT - Released 1/13/2026 - W912EF26QA009 Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to modify FAR 52.212-2, Factor 2 - Technical Capability. The Contractor must provide a certificate showing the current State of Oregon Elevator Journeyman License instead of the State of Washington Elevator Journeyman License. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. IMPORTANT- Released 1/9/2026 - W912EF26QA009 Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to revise the Performance Work Statement, specifically Sections 5.5.2 and 5.5.4, regarding Routine Maintenance. Additionally, it extends the solicitation offer due date from January 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM PST to January 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM PST. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Intent: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, is seeking a Contractor to provide routine and nonroutine maintenance to elevators at McNary Lock and Dam in accordance with the PWS, manufacturer�s instructions, ASME A17.1, ASME A17.2, and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Period of Performance: Base year: 1 February 2026 � 31 January 2027 Option Year One: 1 February 2027 � 31 January 2028 Option Year Two: 1 February 2028 � 31 January 2029 Basis for Award: The Government will award one contract resulting from this solicitation in accordance with FAR 13.106 to the responsive and responsible offeror meeting or exceeding all solicitation requirements and representing the best value based on the evaluation factors specified in 52.212-2 of this solicitation. Refer to the attachments for full details.
