Description
The purpose of solicitation amendment 0002 is to answer Offeror questions, revise Attachments 1, 2, and FAR 52.212-1 (changes highlighted) and reissue Attachment L-1 outside of the secure download, as shown herein. // This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a separate written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document incorporated Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFARS) and Navy Marine Corps Acquisition Regulation Supplement (NMCARS) provisions and clauses in effect as of the date of the RFP.
