The Department of Veterans Affairs, National CMOP Contracting Office intends to release a requirement to provide Automotive Vehicle Repair for the: Department of Veteran Affairs Emergency Pharmacy Services (EPS) Hines CMOP - 765 5000 South 5th Avenue, Bldg. 37 Hines, IL 60141-5000 RFQ: 36C77024Q0034 SET ASIDE CATEGORY: Small Business PRODUCT SERVICE CODE: J023 (Maintenance, Repair & Rebuilding of Equipment-Vehicular Equipment Components) NAICS CODES: 811111 (General Automotive Repair) ISSUE DATE: 11/21/2025 RESPONSE DUE DATE: 11/28/2025 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 7-days from time of award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. It is the offeror s responsibility to monitor SAM.gov for changes or amendments. All solicitation packages will be submitted via email. 1. SF1449 - Solicitation cover page (Signed); see block 20 for additional submittal requirements 2.
