Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240LU26Q0045 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for repairing an eroding cut bank along Magpie Creek within Magpie Campground. North American Industry Classification (NAICS): 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, Size Standard is $45.0 M. Set Aside: 100% small business set-aside. Project Magnitude � $100,000 to $250,000 Bid Bond/Offer Guarantee (FAR 52.228-1): 20% required if quote/offer in excess of $150,000 Performance & Payment Bonds (FAR 52.228-15): Both required at 100% of original contract price if value in excess of $150,000, due 10 days after award. Only payment protections required for contracts exceeding $35,000 but not exceeding $150,000, irrevocable letter of credit or payment bond allowed per FAR 52.228-13, due within 10 days of contract award. Provide quote by: 12:00 PM, Mountain Time on April 24, 2026. DOCUMENTS TO RETURN: The following documents shall be submitted by the quoter for evaluation to be considered responsive: Schedule of Items A document demonstrating recent and relevant experience and past performance in respect to the size and scope of this particular project.
