Description
Subject: Notice of Continued Performance during a Lapse in Appropriations The existing appropriation funding Government operations expired at 11:59pm EDT on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. A lapse in appropriations with respect to fiscal year 2026 began at 12:00am EDT on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. If new appropriations legislation is not enacted, only limited Government operations will continue until such time that appropriations are again available. Currently, during this lapse in funding, the terms and conditions of your funded contract remain in full force and effect. Unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer, you will be required to continue working and satisfy all requirements and deliverables under the terms and conditions of the contract, within the existing timeframes. If the operational status of your contract changes, the Contracting Officer will notify you of such conditions. If you have any further questions, please contact your Contracting Officer.
