Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE A FUTURE CONTRACT FOR PARKING SPACES The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District will be acquiring a sole source contract for a Single Award Firm Fixed-Price for garage parking. The Nashville District has a requirement to lease three hundred and twenty (320) passenger vehicle parking spaces with no less than 50 of them having 24-hour access. The parking lot/garage must be within approximately 1,500 feet from the Estes Kefauver Federal Building located at 110 9th Ave S. Nashville, TN 37203. The parking lot/garage must be secured. The parking lot/garage must have capacity to accommodate 320 vehicles. The leasing period cannot be less than 18 months. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may identify their interest and submit clearly articulated information. Information provided will be considered solely at the discretion of the Government. Reponses must be received by December 31, 2025, at 11:00 am, Central Time to be considered. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of your response. The posting of this Notice satisfies the provisions set forth in FAR Subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Action.
