Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, is soliciting offers for brand-name only Stryker System 9 Power Tools for use by the VA Erie Healthcare System located in Erie, Pennsylvania. Solicitation Details: Product: Stryker System 9 Power Tools Purpose: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Erie VA Medical Center, has a brand name only required for Stryker System 9 equipment and accessories for our Total Joint initiative. The Erie, PA VAMC with this Total Joint initiative will provide total hip, knee, and shoulder procedures. This equipment is needed for our surgeons to perform these procedures. Further, this equipment is compatible with our current equipment, chargers, batteries, and disposable components that are already in use in our surgery department. Set-Aside Status: The solicitation is designated as a 100% Small Business set-aside. NAICS and Size Standard: NAICS Code: 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing) Size Standard: 1,000 employees Offeror Responsibilities: Potential offerors are responsible for downloading and returning a copy of the solicitation package to the contracting POC. Offerors must ensure they are informed of all solicitation requirements and deadlines by regularly checking the Contract Opportunities (SAM.gov) website for updates and amendments. Please note that any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on this website. Failure to include this letter of authorization with the quotation will result in the elimination of the offeror from consideration for the contract.
