to perform dockside repairs to the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter JOSHUA APPLEBY (WLM 175) is a 175ft Keeper Class, and is currently home-ported in Pensacola, Florida, all in exact accordance with this solicitation and the attached specification. See Attachment 2.
