Description

The Government is seeking a lease for office space in the Laredo, Texas area. The lease may commence as early as is feasible. The lease will have a term of 8 months with thirty (30) day termination rights. Office space is a minimum of 10,500 square feet which can be split. There should be at least 5 conference rooms available and adequate restrooms for up to 105 working personnel. Internet should be available to cover a large demand usage. The office requires 24 hours, 7 days a week access. All access should be keyed. There should be parking spaces available for up to 25 civilian vehicles. Utilities should be included in the proposal price. Janitorial to be included on a weekly basis.
