Description
MVP seeks the professional services of a consultant to develop and administer two part-time leadership /management development programs (LDP). Only one program will be run per year. The specific program to be run during the base and option years will be determined by the St. Paul District (MVP)7/30/2025 - Amended to make changes to PWS, Due date for quotes, clauses, and added CLINS. Amendment 0002- 7/30/2025 - Corrected error between PWS and Comparative Evaluation .
