Description
BRAND NAME ONLY The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia has a requirement for Brand-name: Black Box Boxilla centralized Kernel-based Virtual Machine & Audio-Visual (KVM and AV/IT) management system. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
