It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The business size standard is 600 Employees. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from sources capable in accordance with RFQ #N3904026Q5425. See attached RFQ for details. Required Delivery Date: 4/01/2026 (ASAP) Place of performance is: Naval Base Point Loma, San Diego, CA 92106 For evaluation purposes, please provide any applicable procedures and technical information. If no information is provided, your quotation may be determined to be unresponsive. Award may be made on the basis of adherence to the schedule and/or soonest mobilization. PPIRS/CPARS information will be utilized to evaluate Past Performance. Please provide breakdown of total prices, if applicable, for Price Justification purposes.
