Contractor shall provide all labor, materials/supplies, transportation, and equipment to perform custodial services at the recreation areas known as Cherry Glen and Acorn Valley Campgrounds at Saylorville Lake, Johnston, IA. The NAICS for this procurement is 561720 - Janitorial Services with $22 Million small business size standard.
