Description

This solicitation is issued for the Federal Supply Schedule FSC Group 66, Part III Cost Per Test Clinical Laboratory Analyzer: Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Microbiology and Immunochemistry. The type of contracts awarded is multiple award, fixed-priced indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (IDIQ) with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) provisions. Solicitation 797-FSS-03-0001-R1 issued on July 1, 2008 is a standing solicitation which is replacing the previous solicitation 797-FSS-03-0001. This solicitation will be issued on an open and continuous basis and does not contain a closing date for receipt of offers. New offers may be submitted at anytime. Contract performance will commence on the effective date of award and expire five years from that date unless canceled, terminated, or extended pursuant to any option provision included in the contract. This solicitation included F.O.B. Destination within the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia and option provisions for F.O.B. Destination to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Worldwide Delivery. Products offered must be compliant with the Trade Agreements Act. Economic Price Adjustments will be allowed in conjunction with the contractor's commercial practices. All contracts will include the Industrial Funding Fee. Small Business size standards of 500 employees including affiliates apply. Large firms with an estimated contract value of $550,000 or more will be required to develop and submit a Small Business Subcontracting Plan prior to award.
