Description

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Advanced Sterilization Products, to provide Annual Maintenance on STERRAD Sterilization System equipment, located at the Salem VA Medical Center in Salem, Virginia. Service shall include supply of all transportation, labor, parts, materials, tools, specialized equipment, unlimited software updates and support, supervision, and technical expertise in-accordance with the STERRAD Sterilization System Maintenance Program. Advanced Sterilization Products program maintains STERRAD NX. Only ASP technicians are authorized to service ASP STERRAD system. Period of performance will be for the period DOA through 3 November 2026, with four option years. Please note, this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Solicitation documents are not available and telephone requests will not be accepted. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government. However, Government determination not to compete the proposed acquisition, based upon responses of this notice, is solely within Government discretion. NAICS Code 811210 / Size Standard $34 million.
