ATC Scientific and Engineering Requirement Solicitation

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government is seeking proposals for ATC Scientific and Engineering Instrumentation and Support Services. Attachments and Documentation: All detailed requirements, specifications, and instructions to offerors are contained within the attachments associated with this posting. Offerors are required to review all attached documentation thoroughly prior to submitting a response. A full copy of the solicitation, including all attachments, will be provided via email upon request. This request for proposals does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of your proposal. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any costs incurred in developing the proposals provided to the Government.
