Small Business Program (FAR Part 19): Total Small Business Local Area Set-Aside (FAR Part 26): No (3) Codes for Services or Supplies NAICS: 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction Small Business Size Standard: $45.0 Million PSC: Z2PZ - Repair or Alteration of Other Non-building Facilities (4)(i) Description of Supplies/Services The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Dams Office, Hoover Dam, requires replacement of the existing riverside vessel barrier system, which has reached end-of-life. This barrier forms part of the security perimeter and controls water�side access to non-public areas downstream of the dam. The Contractor shall provide a complete, turnkey replacement of the existing riverside vessel barrier system, including a new boat access gate. The system shall include all materials, components, equipment, and labor necessary for full removal and disposal of the existing vessel barrier system, plus installation and commissioning of a new vessel barrier system, and shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
