Description

This amendment answers the following vendor questions: As part of the proposal for this project, the solicitation mentions Exhibits B & C on page 12.� Can you please provide copies of any Exhibits that are required for this solicitation? Answer: Both documents are attached to amendment. FAR Clause 52.228-1 is included in the solicitation by reference, part (c) has inserts that are required to be filled out by the Contracting Officer. Can you provide that information. Answer: (c)� The amount of the bid guarantee� shall� be 20 percent of the bid price or $2,000,000.00, whichever is less. What is the expected date that the contract for this project will be executed? The new NYS Prevailing wage laws take effect June 16th, 2026, and will affect pricing and contracts for this project. Please advise. Answer: The intent is to have this procurement awarded before June 16th, 2026. Offerors shall prepare their proposal in accordance with the current wage determination. If this contract is awarded after June 16th, 2026, this will be addressed through a contract modification after award. What is the Bid Bond percentage required for this project? Answer: See response to question 2. Responses to additional questions received shall be addressed in a future amendment. This amendment removes the following clauses from the solicitation: 52.211-12 Liquidated Damages Construction (SEPT 2000) 52.211-13 Time Extensions (SEPT 2000) All other terms and conditions remain the same.
