Will there be a site visit? Yes, a site visit has been scheduled for December 2, 2025@ 9am U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Building 37 1st Ave, One block North of 22nd St (Cermak Rd) Please contact James Sherry 708-786- 7846, james.sherry@va.gov or Paul Coppola 708.786.7835, paul.coppola@va.gov. A maximum of three (3) Company representatives will be allowed to attend. Individual(s) participating will be cleared for entry by the facility manager after presenting company ID, and business cards. Could you provide the equipment brand/model list? Is there a bond requirement for this project? Bonds are required in accordance with FAR 28.102-1 .
